Autoimmune Chronic Urticaria

Autoimmune Chronic Urticaria (ACU) is a persistent immune-mediated skin disorder characterised by recurrent itchy wheals and angioedema lasting for six weeks or more. It results from autoantibodies targeting IgE or its receptor on mast cells and basophils, causing histamine release and inflammation. Diagnosis is clinical, supported by autoantibody assays and exclusion of secondary causes. A comprehensive management approach integrates conventional antihistamines and immunomodulators with AASI, PSC, GcMAF Forte, Thymus Therapy, and MO/NOP Thymus/STF to rebalance immune activity, reduce hypersensitivity, and promote long-term remission.
