Prof. Dr. Paula Prado is a physician with international training and a solid background in integrative, preventive, and longevity medicine. She holds a medical degree from the University of Zaragoza (Spain) and completed part of her training in France and Brazil, developing a global perspective on health and patient care.
She subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Medicine and Medical Professionalism, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine (Spain). Her academic training also includes a specialization in Nutritional Adequacy and Homeostasis – Prevention and Treatment of Age-Related Diseases (Brazil), along with advanced training in Precision Health, reinforcing her focus on preventive, functional, and evidence-based medicine.
Her professional development is further complemented by continuous training in areas such as aesthetic medicine, clinical nutrigenomics, orthomolecular medicine, photobiomodulation, nutraceuticals, regenerative therapies, and medical ethics, with both academic and clinical experience in Spain and Brazil.
Prof. Dr. Prado actively participates as a speaker at national and international conferences, particularly in the fields of regenerative, aesthetic, and integrative medicine. She is currently a PhD candidate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in Spain. In addition, she serves as a professor, co-coordinator, and member of the scientific committee of an international Master’s program in Biohacking based in the United Arab Emirates, and also lectures in postgraduate programs in aesthetic medicine in Spain.
As a clinician, Prof. Dr. Prado develops a medical approach grounded in the integration of scientific knowledge and clinical practice, focused on comprehensive patient assessment, identification of root causes, and the resolution of complex health conditions through the optimization of biological systems and the promotion of longevity.
