LONGEVITY to 120: Forum Discussion on Evidence-Based Age Reversal

Panel speakers during the "Longevity to 120: Evidence-Based Age Reversal" session, discussing validated clinical strategies to extend human healthspan and slow biological aging.

BANGKOK, Thailand (Nov 11, 2025) — Leading specialists in regenerative medicine and longevity research gathered in Bangkok this week for a high-level forum on disease reversal and healthy aging, where Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan, founder of the European Wellness Biomedical Group, delivered a keynote highlighting the role of organ-specific cellular therapy in extending human healthspan.

The session was part of the Summit’s featured theme, “Longevity to 120: Evidence-Based Age Reversal,” which brought together internationally recognized experts in cell therapy, metabolic health, and age-related disease prevention to examine how science is reshaping what is medically possible in lifespan and functional aging. Panelists discussed emerging clinical evidence in stem cell replenishment, mitochondrial repair, gene expression modulation, peptide bioregulation, and immune reconstruction, presenting approaches aimed at restoring biological function rather than merely treating symptoms of aging.

Speaking to an audience of clinicians, researchers, and healthcare policymakers, Prof. Chan emphasized that aging is driven primarily by the functional decline of organs, not the passage of years alone. “Aging is not simply chronological. It is biological. The goal is not only to live longer, but to maintain function, clarity, and quality,” he said.

Prof. Chan noted that by age 60, the human body retains only around five percent of its innate stem-cell regenerative capacity, making cellular replenishment and organ rejuvenation essential in slowing or reversing age-related decline. He identified stem cell depletion and mitochondrial dysfunction as two of the most critical hallmarks of aging and central targets in modern longevity medicine.

Reversing biological aging requires restoring the heart, the liver, the brain, the pancreas, the immune system, and the mitochondria,” he said, adding that brain health must be prioritized to prevent cognitive decline in later life. “Longevity without cognitive clarity is not meaningful,” he said.

The discussion underscored that living to 120 is no longer theoretical. With validated multi-system rejuvenation strategies now in clinical application, experts stated that medicine is entering a phase where organ function can be restored, cognitive resilience preserved, and age-related deterioration significantly delayed — enabling individuals to age with strength, dignity, and vitality.

The forum brought together experts from institutions in China, Hong Kong, France, Switzerland, and the United States, including specialists in cellular therapy manufacturing, cognitive neuroscience, sleep and emotional health, and preventive medicine.

Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan shares insights on organ-specific cellular therapy and mitochondrial rejuvenation, highlighting the importance of maintaining both physical vitality and cognitive sharpness in advanced age.

Prof. Chan called for greater collaboration across disciplines and cultures, describing the field of longevity medicine as “multi-system and integrative by nature.”

“We cannot stop aging, but we can slow decline, reverse biological damage, and protect the mind. Healthy longevity is no longer theoretical. It is achievable,” he said.

Experts from Europe and Asia: (From left to right) Dr Claude Chauchard, Dr Michael Yao, Dr Paul Rochon, and Prof Zhonchao Han, exchange perspectives on stem cell precision therapy, peptide science, and future breakthroughs in gene modulation and regenerative medicine.

The full scientific panel engages in open dialogue on age-related decline, immune system restoration, and the evolving global paradigm for longevity-focused healthcare.

The session, which focused on the past, present, and emerging future of longevity care, also explored the growing role of peptide therapy, gene modulation, and immune reconstruction in clinical practice, alongside established approaches in nutrition, metabolic repair, and traditional medicine.

THE "LONGEVITY TO 120 FORUM”: forms part of a broader program leading to the We Are The World Global Summit 2025 in Bangkok, which aims to advance cooperation between Eastern and Western medical systems in the fields of regenerative medicine, chronic disease recovery, and healthspan extension.
