European Wellness Biomedical Group (“EWBG”) HQ has received multiple inquiries from members of the public enquiring about an event titled “Stem Cell Therapy: The Promise of Longevity – VMP Regenerative Clinic Forum 2026” taking place in Cebu, or with the entity currently operating under the name “VMP Regenerative Clinic.”

We would like to clarify that EW Villa Medica an international wellness brand owned by European Wellness Biomedical Group, with established presence and operations in other jurisdictions including Germany and Malaysia are not affiliated, associated, or connected in any way with the event. EWBG has not authorized, endorsed, or participated in this event or any related activities.

The public is reminded that EWBG maintains its operations only through its officially recognized and authorized centers. Any representation suggesting a connection with European Wellness, where no such authorization exists, is misleading.

Appropriate legal actions have been undertaken by EWBG against the unauthorized use and appropriation of the group’s brands resulting to brand misuse and public confusion. EWBG endeavours to protect the integrity of our brand and to safeguard the public from misinformation.

We advise the public to exercise caution and to verify directly with us through our official channels should there be any uncertainty regarding affiliations, services, or events.
