Case Studies Symposium Fostered Dynamic Exchange

KOTA KINABALU, SABAH – 1 August 2026

The Case Studies Symposium concluded the three-day EWA Longevity Bio-Regenerative Medicine & Health Sciences Seminar, providing a dedicated academic platform for the presentation, examination and discussion of selected case studies within the evolving fields of bio-regenerative medicine, longevity and health sciences.

The session provided an opportunity to examine diverse perspectives, observations and concepts emerging from the study of bio-regenerative medicine and longevity. Rather than focusing solely on theoretical presentations, the symposium adopted a case-study format to encourage closer examination of individual cases and the underlying scientific and conceptual considerations associated with them.

Through presentations and moderated discussions, participants were invited to consider different viewpoints and engage with the complexities surrounding the rapidly developing field. The case studies served as a basis for broader academic dialogue, allowing discussions to extend beyond individual cases towards wider questions concerning regenerative processes, longevity, biological mechanisms and emerging approaches in health sciences.

Day 1 – 30 July 2026

The symposium opened with Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan, who presented “Precision Stem Cells in Preventive, Regenerative & Longevity Wellness Sciences.” His session addressed precision stem cell approaches and their potential applications within preventive, regenerative and longevity-focused wellness sciences.

The program continued with the Aesthetic Dermatology Segment, led by Dr. Gisela Trajano-Sarmiento, who was Board Certified in Aesthetics by the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM). She presented “Aesthetic Dermatology by PAAAMMI – Case Studies Part 1,” sharing selected aesthetic dermatology cases and clinical considerations.

Day 2 – 31 July 2026

The second day continued with Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan, who further presented “Precision Stem Cells in Preventive, Regenerative & Longevity Wellness Sciences.”

The Aesthetic Dermatology Segment followed with Dr. Gisela Trajano-Sarmiento, who presented “Aesthetic Dermatology by PAAAMMI – Case Studies Part 1,” providing further case-based discussion in aesthetic dermatology.

Day 3 – 1 August 2026

The final day featured a comprehensive program of clinical workshops and case-based presentations covering a broad range of regenerative and longevity medicine applications.

Prof. Dr. Roni Moya opened the day with “Advanced Regenerative Strategies in Neurodegenerative Disorders: Practical Clinical Workshop,” providing participants with a practical discussion on regenerative strategies for neurodegenerative conditions.

This was followed by Prof. Dr. Olha Nishkumai and co-authors O.D. Nikitin, I.A. Kordubailo and H.D. Reznikov, who presented “Novel Bio-Regenerative Approaches for Urolithiasis Prevention.”

Dr. Margaryta Iemelianova then presented “Beyond IVF – Regenerative Medicine for Optimizing Oocyte Quality & Fertility,” focusing on regenerative approaches related to reproductive health and fertility.

Before the lunch break, Prof. Dr. Dmytro Klokol presented “Management of Male Hypogonadism and Associated Comorbidities in Anti-Aging Medicine,” addressing clinical considerations in male hormonal health within anti-aging medicine.

The afternoon session continued with Prof. Dr. Dmytro Klokol presenting “Recent Updates in the Management of Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain and Injuries,” covering contemporary approaches to chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Isso Kimura presented “An Integrative Biological Immune Approach to Breast Cancer: A Biological Dentist’s Perspective,” offering an integrative perspective on biological and immune-related approaches.

Dr. Volodymyr Chernykh presented two topics: “Minimally Invasive ‘Total Body’ Biolifting and Revitalization Techniques in Aesthetic Regenerative Anti-Aging Medicine” and “Scalp & Hair – Application of HFR, Hair Development and Quality of Hair Structure.” The sessions addressed aesthetic regenerative techniques as well as approaches relating to scalp and hair health.

The program continued with Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan, who presented “The EWBG DDRR (Diagnose – Detox – Repair – Rejuvenate) Wellness Paradigm in Integrative, Functional & Regenerative Sciences,” outlining the EWBG wellness paradigm and its application across integrative, functional and regenerative sciences.

The three-day program concluded with a Lucky Draw, followed by the Closing Remarks, Workshop Wrap-Up and official photoshoot.

The symposium provided participants with a comprehensive platform for case-based learning, clinical discussion and professional knowledge exchange, bringing together perspectives from regenerative medicine, longevity sciences, aesthetic medicine, reproductive health, neurodegenerative disorders, musculoskeletal care and integrative wellness.
