KOTA KINABALU, Malaysia (April 15, 2026) — European Wellness Biomedical Pharma Group Limited signed agreements with Moby Technology Co. Ltd. and Tenlon Global Limited at its Premier Center here on Wednesday, in a move aimed at deepening regional ties and reinforcing Sabah’s growing role in biomedical innovation and cross-border collaboration.

The ceremony brought together Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan, chairman of European Wellness Biomedical Pharma Group Limited, Mr. Andy Shen, executive director of Moby Technology Co. Ltd., and Dr. Ally Liu, executive director of Tenlon Global Limited, along with invited guests and representatives from Taiwan and the wider region.

Prof. Mike Chan said the agreements marked more than a ceremonial occasion.

Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan briefs visiting representatives during a guided tour of the European Wellness Premier Center following the signing ceremony in Kota Kinabalu.

“This signing represents the coming together of shared ideas, shared confidence, and a shared commitment to advancing innovation across borders,” he said.

He said the event reflected the growing importance of Asian partnerships in shaping the future of healthcare, wellness, and biomedical enterprise and described the presence of Taiwanese representatives as a strong vote of confidence in both European Wellness and Sabah.

“We are honored to welcome our Taiwanese representatives and partners to Kota Kinabalu for this important occasion. Their presence here today is a strong sign of confidence in what we are building at European Wellness and in Sabah’s growing role as a platform for regional and international engagement,” he said.

Chan said the collaboration brought together regional strengths in science, capital and medical development and would help move both sides “to the next level.”

He said the partnership was in line with European Wellness’ long-standing focus on education, research, and translational medicine.

“I always say that untreatables are treatable,”

Prof. Mike Chan said, adding that conditions still regarded as difficult in conventional medicine deserved continued scientific effort and new therapeutic approaches.

He added that meaningful progress depended on collaboration and learning from one another, saying that “no one is a master in everything.”

Shen described the signing as not only the start of an important collaboration but also “a strategic milestone” for both parties. He said the agreement reflected not just capital alignment but also a shared view of future industry direction, technology integration, field application, and international cooperation.

According to Shen, Moby Technology and European Wellness plan to cooperate in four areas: the clinical application of exosome products and raw materials; the development of a next-generation AI smart medical information platform; the construction of green hospital demonstration sites; and the planning of zero-carbon AI data centers to support smart healthcare and future digital services.

Liu said Tenlon Global was joining the project as an investor and expressed confidence in Chan and the European Wellness team.

He said Tenlon intended to support future capacity-building and global market expansion while promoting deeper cooperation in standards, talent exchange, and clinical research, adding that the signing was “only the beginning.”

The event concluded with a souvenir exchange, group photographs, and a guided lab tour of the European Wellness Premier Center.

Prof. Mike Chan said the ceremony reflected European Wellness’s broader ambition to use Kota Kinabalu as a platform for wider international engagement.

“Kota Kinabalu is not only where we operate. It is where we welcome the world, where we build partnerships and where we demonstrate the strength of our ecosystem. Today’s signing ceremony is another important milestone in that journey,” he said.
