Exploring the Future of Regenerative and Longevity Medicine: Treating the Untreatable with Prof. Mike Chan at EO Hong Kong Event

An Evening of Scientific Discovery
On March 26, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Hong Kong hosted an exclusive and enlightening evening at the Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. The event brought together some of the city’s most influential business leaders, disruptors, and innovators for a deep dive into the science of longevity and regenerative medicine. The highlight of the evening was a captivating sharing session by Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan, a globally recognized scientist, researcher, and pioneer in targeted organ-and-brain-specific precursor stem cell therapy, peptides, and bioregenerative medicine. Remarkably, Prof. Mike Chan had flown in directly from Arizona, USA, and delivered his presentation with remarkable energy and clarity despite the journey, showcasing his unwavering commitment to sharing his expertise with the EO Hong Kong community.
The evening commenced with a warm “Settle in and Happy Hour,” allowing the 150+ members of EO Hong Kong—a community that collectively employs over 110,000 workers and represents a diverse range of industries from manufacturing to technology—to connect and network. As the formal event began, attendees were reminded of the confidential and focused nature of the gathering, setting the stage for an intimate learning experience.
Before the keynote presentation, an EO member took the stage to share insights on the qualities needed to “Thrive together – Entrepreneurship in a fast-changing world.” This opening reflection perfectly encapsulated the EO spirit of continuous learning and self-discovery, preparing the audience for the profound scientific insights that were to follow.
At 7:00 PM, Prof. Mike Chan took the stage. With over 40 years of pioneering experience spanning Europe and the USA, and a distinguished reputation for introducing stem cell research, peptides, and exosomes research and therapies to the Asia Pacific region in the mid-1980s, Prof. Mike Chan’s expertise stands unparalleled in the field. His presentation focused on the intricate and highly specialized domain of targeted organ-and-brain-specific precursor stem cells.
Prof. Mike Chan elaborated on the complexity of the human body, discussing the 76 distinct organs and the mapping of over 400 human cell types. He explained how precision in cellular therapy—specifically utilizing precursor stem cells tailored to specific organs and the brain—holds the key to addressing neurodevelopmental, neurodegenerative, and metabolic conditions. His philosophy, “We are as young as the biological age of our brain and all other organs,” resonated deeply with the audience of high-achieving entrepreneurs who understand the value of adding quality life to longevity.

Throughout his career, Prof. Mike Chan has traveled around the world treating celebrities, heads of state, sports athletes, and highly influential individuals. His vertically-integrated European Wellness Biomedical Group spans research, manufacturing, and clinical applications across 80 countries, making his insights not just theoretical, but highly practical and globally applied.
Following the illuminating 40-minute sharing session, attendees enjoyed a curated dinner, fostering further discussion on the concepts presented. The intellectual engagement continued with a “Fireside chat” and a dedicated Q&A session, where EO members had the unique opportunity to interact directly with Prof. Mike Chan, delving deeper into the implications of his research for personal health and the future of medicine.
The evening concluded with a structured “Table sharing” exercise. In groups of six to eight, members distilled their thoughts to identify their single most important takeaway from the event. This collaborative reflection is a hallmark of the EO experience, ensuring that the knowledge gained is internalized and actionable.
A Community United by Learning
As the event wrapped up with announcements of upcoming chapter activities, the attendees left the Island Shangri-La not only with a deeper understanding of cutting-edge biotechnology but also inspired by the possibilities of regenerative medicine. The gathering was a testament to EO Hong Kong’s commitment to providing its members with life-enhancing connections and access to world-class expertise.
