We’re honoured to have had the privilege to host a special visit by Her Holiness Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi during the weekend!
With the calming waves and vibrant skyscape off the shores of Kota Kinabalu as their backdrop, European Wellness Chairman Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan personally led the entourage on a scenic sunset cruise together with the world-renowned spiritual guru, author, and philanthropist.
During the private cruise arranged by Prof. Dr. Mike Chan, a breath-taking view shimmered in the horizon as both sea and sky were draped in a blanket of warm, golden hues. Kota Kinabalu is known as the third best sunset viewing spot in the world – luckily for our guest and her entourage, they were able to witness this for themselves!
Sai Maa, who is the first woman in 2,700 years to receive the title of Jagadguru (the highest title in India’s Vedic tradition), showed a more relaxed side as she enjoyed the cruise, dinner, and lively conversation with Prof. Dr. Mike Chan and Dr. Simon Yefimov – a fascinating exchange of thoughts and ideas between preeminent minds in their respective fields!
